A poem in 10 minutes!

Here's a poem I recently penned at the "Creativity & Innovation" session in office.
Thought of putting it up here on my blog, just for fun. It is special because it was literally written in 10 minutes, because the instructor chose to start the session by getting us to create some "glial" cells and making us create something of our own ! Einstein had a higher ratio of gleal cells to neurons and was creative! For info about glial cells & Einstein, refer http://www.neuropsychiatryreviews.com/may06/einstein.html

Coming back to my small bit of creativity here goes my poem in 10 minutes!

Here I am ...
Thinking of a poem,
Sitting in a class ...
Trapped in 4 walls!

So what if I am here,
Let my mind escape ...
And dream of all things beautiful
And I am sure to have a poem as wonderful!

It is truly amazing
The power of this mind
Thinking so fast, far and apart,
Thoughts have transformed my whole being!

Sitting in the class I am no longer trapped,
I can now see all what I want,
Dreaming with my eyes wide open,
Here I am, with my poem!
